 Jesus said, The Father is seeking those who will worship Him in spirit and in truth" (John 4) Worship is essential to who we are at Light & Life. We worship God as being REAL and PRESENT in our services. We believe God is to be worshipped not only at services but as a 24\7 lifestyle. In our services guests are invited to participate as little or as much as they are comfortable with. Most services include... Celebration worship...loud and enthusiastic! Reflective worship...quiet and intimate. Communion...remembering the cross as central to why we gather. Public Prayer...interceding together as a family of believers. Healing Prayer...praying for individual needs and believing for miracles. Preaching of God's Word...with an emphasis on the text and its application to our lives today. Giving...worshipping God with our finances to spread his kingdom. Family Time...announcing what is happening in the church throughout the coming week. Artistic expressions in worship such as drama, video clips, paintings, poetry, spoken word, dance, and others are given a special place in our services. Our worship style is Jazz\Gospel\Rock fusion. Led by professional musicians Craig and Mary Durst who are well known through out the LA area. Craig and Mary have been leading worship for the past 20 years with a powerful anointing. Our multi-ethnic Gospel Choir ministers monthly and leads us in worship under the anointed Tai Ciago's leadership.
