The Leadership of Light & Life consists of a group of committed staff and lay leaders.

We believe all true Christians are called to be ministers (servants) and leaders (those who influence others) of the gospel of Jesus Christ. 

We do believe in the five offices of the church- apostle, prophet, evangelist, pastor, teacher. 

We believe the local church is led by a shepherd or pastor(s) who feed, lead, guard, and love the congregation (the flock). 

The Pastoral Staff sets the vision, values, and ministry priorities of the church. They are led by Pastor Larry in his role of being the Lead Pastor. Currently our Pastoral Staff is...Pastor Larry Walkemeyer - Lead Pastor, Pastor Vern Burgess - Staff Pastor, Pastor Deb Walkemeyer - Associate Pastor, Pastor Izzy Matos- Pastor of Halogen.  

Ministry Staff Leaders are those who oversee major areas of ministry at LLCF. Currently our Ministry Staff Leaders are: Sarah & Calvin Tatupu - Fusion, Calvin Tatupu  - I.C. Kidz Minister, Sandy Bond - Children's Minister, Carol Duberowksi - Minister of Group Life, Kristy Hinds - Fusion Extreme and Office Ministries.

Ministry Staff oversee ministry, administrative, and organizational areas. Craig and Mary Durst- Worship Ministers,  Polly Baker - Ministries Assistant, Pam Spence - Front Office Assistant, Bud Logan - Financial Controller, Tom Puls - Technical Director, Tai Ciago- Choir Director and Worship Leader, Gary Boyce- Maintenance.   

Leadership Council is a multi-ethnic group of ten people who are elected from the membership at our annual membership meeting. This Council sets the budget and oversees the finances, property, and policies of the church. They assist Pastor Larry in his role of leadership including confirming his major staff hires.
