How did you come to LLCF?
Well, God called me and my husband, Larry, back in 1991. We thought we were headed back to Seattle, but God had other ideas! Here we are, 19 years later!
What is your role at LLCF?
Currently I work as a master networker, linking people to volunteer opportunitites. Included in my role is also Leadership development, facility remodel projects as well as carrying the love of Christ to the church body and community at large.
What is the best part about your role?
Working with amazing people in teams as we reach out to be Jesus to those who need the touch of their Savior.
FUN STUFF
If you were an animal, which one would you be? Why?
It depends when you ask me, but today, I would love to be a bird and be able to fly above life’s circumstances to take a bird’s eye view on everything!
What is your favorite ethnic food?
Right now…I really love vegetable phad thai with tofu, or PF Chang’s Coconut Curry Veggies
What makes you laugh?
Hanging out with great friends, romantic comedies, my daughter Lindsey, and myself (I am so weird!)
What is your favorite movie?
Right now, I have to say INVICTUS. Powerful on transforming a culture and what kind of leadership it takes to change that culture.
If you could be on any reality television show, which one would it be?
Since I love to travel, I think “The Greatest Race.” OR, perhaps I can be on the Bachelor and help them look at their prospective spouse from the eyes of a marriage/family therapist!
